- Pourquoi on l'emmène à l'aéroport Papa ?
Wednesday afternoon, after picking up princess butterfly at school, I explain to the girls that we're going to go meet daddy to take him to the airport. (He's going to London for 10 days, so now I can write horrible things about him, when he comes back he will have had time to get over it and besides, he'll have other things on his mind than trying to get cross).
Little octopus is trying to understand :
- Why we taking daddy to the airport ?
- Because he's going on a plane
- Why he's going with granny daddy ?
Of course... 2 weeks before we took granny to the airport to get on a plane so obviously she's still there.
Makes me think of one of my little charges B., just under 3 years old, who thought his mom stayed in the train all day (well she left on a train and she came back on a train, so...) and my little brother P. , if you asked him where is daddy was would say "on the train" or sometimes "on the phone".

Oh!
